Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Undergarments or intimate wear.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Damaged items resulting from misuse or improper care.

Refunds and Exchanges
- Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value (price difference to be paid).
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

- Timeline Fashions reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return criteria.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
